The promoters as shipping experts backed by their crisis management capabilities have played very crucial role in steering some shipping companies through tough times and helped them stay afloat comfortably. In fact, the MD of the company had the exposure and experience to oversee all types of shipping operations in India and well versed with every nuance of this great sector. He and other promoters have a wide shipping and cargo interest connection in various maritime countries worldwide. The MD having looked after the Indian desk of International Maritime Organization, a UN body solely dedicated to shipping development and protection of marine environment for several years too have the requisite technical and legal knowledge on the ship operation and crew management. The other promoters have had a first-hand experience and expertise of acquisition, operation, technical management of large fleet of vessels of different types besides his experience as captain commanding the ships. He also acts as advisor and technical consultant to various shipping activities in India and abroad. His excellent professional relationship in the shipping sector is a boon for this company and we as promoters envisage to look at the prospect of operating more than a dozen of vessels once this first one is acquired and operated.
